INTELLYX IT SOLUTIONS is a system integrator and IT supplier which will help you and your project, we offer cost-effective and solution-based proposals.
Our expertise in multiple spectra of technologies and solutions coupled with our vast experience in vertical industry business processes and their corresponding ICT environment, allow us to provide and deliver excellent pre-sales engineering consultancy and network design services.
Designs or scope of materials in some scenarios will be exclusive of complimentary products e.g., PoE switches for IP telephones or Hard drives or other completing requirements. This must be counterchecked by the end users and a confirmation from our technical team.
Service inclusions/exclusions and features are specified in the design notes on this document outlining component bill of materials
Customer and partner’s responsibility to verify the appropriateness of the design and “solution” applied if the BoM complies with the requirement or project.
INTELLYX IT SOLUTIONS technical team will serve the recommendations but End-User will have be the primary and final decision checker for the proposal
Technical Support Services - Warranty
All products have their specific warranties and after-sales.
For licensing and security under subscriptions have their specified support that includes advance warranty / repair or replacement and will be based on the proposal with specific scope of activity
Technical Support Services - After Sales
After-sales support has a support link
which will be handled by our technical person, each link will be queued and will be assisted depending on the submission date - every support will have an accomplishment report with a feedback form under the technical team.
