All shipments made by Intellyx IT Solutions (“Intellyx,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) within the Republic of the Philippines are subject to the following terms and conditions. By placing an order with Intellyx, you (“Client” or “Customer”) acknowledge and agree to these shipping policies and disclaimers.
2. Delivery Coverage
Intellyx IT Solutions ships nationwide within the Philippines, including Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, through trusted third-party logistics partners. Delivery times and availability may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier capacity, and external conditions.
Shipping, Handling and Loss

Standard delivery time typically ranges from 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination and product availability.

Delays caused by natural disasters, public holidays, government restrictions, or courier disruptions are beyond our control.

Shipping and handling fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the order. These fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

The risk of loss, theft, or damage passes to the customer once the order has been handed over to the courier or logistics provider.

Intellyx IT Solutions shall not be held liable for any delays, damages, or losses incurred during transit.

Customers are encouraged to inspect all deliveries upon receipt and immediately report any visible damage or discrepancy to both Intellyx and the courier within 48 hours of delivery.
